Scaffold a new document

Fill the form on the left. On generate, you get a documents.json entry and a matching .md template — paste the metadata, save the markdown under docs/kb/data/samples/, then run the validator. Full editor + AI dialog runtime land in a later pass.

The scaffolder knows the 6 lifecycle report templates (Brief / Audit / Log / Eval / Fix / Completion) and emits both the metadata JSON and a governance-aligned markdown skeleton with `{#anchor}` headings ready for paragraph-level deep-links and AI citation.
